The City of West Concord is seeking a full-time Municipal On-Off Sale Liquor Store Manager to lead daily operations of the West Concord Municipal Liquor Store.
This position provides positive leadership and work direction to bartending staff while ensuring outstanding customer service, efficient sales transactions, inventory control, merchandising, promotions, events, and day-to-day facility management. The Manager will also work regular bartending shifts and must be available for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualified applicants should have strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Bar, restaurant, retail, or management experience is preferred. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, have a valid Minnesota driver’s license, and be able to work in a fast-paced, public-facing environment.
Pay: $20–$27/hour, plus tips (DOE)
Status: Full-time, non-exempt
Reports to: City Administrator
